Heather is an expert in building positive organizational cultures, with over 20 years of experience helping organizations put people first. She has worked across non-profits, NGOs, government, higher education, and corporate environments, with deep expertise in healthcare, including hospitals, ASCs, and correctional healthcare. A systems thinker and collaborative leader, Heather specializes in developing leaders, improving the employee experience, and strengthening talent processes. She's known for turning complex challenges into practical solutions that create meaningful, lasting change.

Heather believes in leading as a flawed human. She embraces imperfection, empathy, and vulnerability as essential strengths, and her approach inspires others to be honest about who they are at work, knowing that authenticity and growth go hand in hand.

She holds advanced degrees in anthropology and information science, and lives outside Nashville.
